If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or another quality issue, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine βOn Consumer Protectionβ.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19 March 1994, certain products of proper quality are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- cosmetic and perfumery products;
- manicure and pedicure tools, including scissors, nail files, and similar products;
- other products listed under the applicable legislation.
A product is considered defective if it contains a significant fault that prevents it from being used as intended, including but not limited to:
- Manufacturing defects: a faulty dispenser or spray pump, a missing or damaged brush, or abnormal product consistency that does not meet NUB quality standards
- Damage occurring before delivery: a cracked bottle, damaged cap, or product leakage
- Incorrect or incomplete labeling: an expired product or missing mandatory product information
Please note: personal preferences regarding colour, texture, fragrance, or product performance do not constitute a product defect and are not grounds for a return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- the product must not have been used;
- the original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact;
- proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery and verify:
- the condition of the packaging;
- the completeness of your order;
- the correct product shades and items.
If you notice any damage, manufacturing defect, or discrepancy, please refuse delivery and contact our Customer Care team immediately using the contact details provided on our website.
We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.
